What We Do
Certa Craft is a job shop. On any given day we can be involved in a myriad of different projects. Our specialties are CNC Machining and Manufacturing of fabricated/welded assemblies. We are also skilled in the repair of those parts and assemblies. We have extensive experience in Machining or Manufacturing production line repair parts or “MRO” items, prototype design and manufacturing of general machined or fabricated pieces for large production or assembly lines. We have also fabricated and machined various testing equipment for large manufactures to allow them to test existing components or for new production lines.
Here is a short list of some products we have machined or fabricated for our current customers:
- Machining of Cylinder head castings per customer print for large air compressors.
- Machining of various parts to a complete Pressure Leak Test Station for large Diesel cylinder heads.
- Fabrication of transmission saddles, that transmission rides on assembly line on, for large truck transmission manufacturer
- Machining of various fixture details for large automaker supplier.
- Welding and machining of large aluminum assembly station for large truck manufacturer.
- Machining of various fittings and parts for oxygen regulators in the medical industry.
Typical quantities for our CNC department range from 1-100 pieces however we are fully capable for small production runs of 200 - 500 pieces or more.
